After 16 years as a senior qualified personal trainer in some of the big-brand gyms – like Virgin and Nuffield Health – I have set up my own private studio so I can help my clients focus better on their goals.

I believe that good health, and wellbeing is everyone’s right, and we can all achieve a healthy lifestyle. I train a range of ages and abilities from young to old, athlete to beginner.

No two people are the same so no two personal training programmes are the same, from fat loss – not just dieting – to strength training, muscle gain and cardio.

Many of my clients are interested in fat loss, so my individualised fitness and nutrition programmes are based around you, and you alone, so that they work.

Other clients want stress management, or just to feel more body confident. And many clients come to me for injury rehabilitation or to help manage chronic conditions, such as arthritis, diabetes and heart disease.

I know that from one session to the next, lots of challenges can affect what we can achieve together, and I am flexible in my approach, adapting to your needs immediately – all our sessions would be targeted and unique to your progress and ability every time we meet.

My studio is based in the city centre of Edinburgh – EH3 – and is open weekdays and weekends, from early morning to early evening. I also offer advice by telephone, email and text, so you always feel supported.

I offer shot-term, long-term, flexible and discount packages to suit your budget and schedule.
